As all products of RoyalDogUSA are Handmade to Order, each piece requires a certain amount of production time to ensure quality and details.
We promise to be conscientious and responsible in every link and never let haste affect the quality.
Standard production time
Under normal circumstances, orders will be completed within 3 to 7 working days.
Holidays or peak hours
During festivals (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, etc.), the order volume may be large and the production time may be extended to 7 to 10 working days. We will make an announcement in advance on our official website and social media.
Customized or special orders
If your order includes personalized customization (such as pet name embroidery, special sizes, exclusive fabrics), the production time will be extended to 10 to 14 working days depending on the specific circumstances. Our customer service team will inform you of the specific estimated shipping date via email after confirming the order.

RoyalDogUSA currently offers domestic and international delivery services within the United States and collaborates with multiple logistics service providers (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your package.
1. Domestic Shipping in the United States
Standard Shipping
The delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 working days (depending on the receiving area).
Expedited Shipping:
You can choose UPS or FedEx express service, and it usually arrives within 2 to 4 working days.
Free Shipping policy:
For orders over $75 within the United States, we offer free standard delivery service.
2. International Shipping
We support delivery to most countries and regions, including Canada, Europe, Australia and some Asian countries.
International transportation time: Approximately 7 to 21 working days, depending on the region and customs clearance speed.
Tariffs and Import duties
International buyers are required to bear the possible tariffs, import duties and customs clearance fees on their own. RoyalDogUSA cannot control the tariff policies of various countries. It is recommended that you understand the local regulations before placing an order.
Please note that due to the influence of uncontrollable factors such as weather, customs clearance and flights on international shipping, the delivery time may be slightly delayed. We will closely monitor the status of the package and provide you with timely assistance.

🐶 IV. Shipping Address & Delivery Information
To avoid delivery delays, please carefully check the following information when placing your order

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or incomplete information, RoyalDogUSA will not be responsible for the resulting shipping cost or loss. If the package is returned, we can re-ship it after the customer pays the re-shipping fee.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box postal box addresses or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).
Please make sure that someone receives the package when signing for it to prevent it from being lost or stolen.

If the logistics status of your package has not been updated for a long time, please contact the carrier first to confirm.
If you have not received your package within 15 working days (within the United States) or 30 working days (internationally), please contact our customer service team and we will assist you in initiating a logistics investigation.
2. The package is damaged
If the package you receive is damaged during transportation, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
We will provide a reissue or refund plan depending on the situation.
3. The package is lost
After the carrier confirms the loss of the package, we will send you a free replacement of the same item or offer a full refund according to your choice.
